1. Registration Procedure: After completing the registration form, use the online self-service travel registration system.
2. There is a possibility of changing the flight and departure time for group tickets one day before departure, based on an overnight departure for the outbound flight and a late-night return flight. All changes will be based on the electronic ticket, and the electronic ticket will be sent via email one day before departure.
3. Guests are advised to arrive at the airport at least two and a half hours before the flight departure time to complete the check-in process. The flight departure time is subject to the announcement by the airline, and passengers who arrive late and miss the check-in deadline will be considered as having voluntarily given up their boarding rights.
4. We recommend that guests check with the airline for the confirmed departure time on the day of their return journey.
5. Group tickets are not eligible for accumulating frequent flyer miles, not applicable for airport express check-in, and cannot be checked-in online or pre-select seats.
6. Special meals on the aircraft can only be requested for vegetarian meals, and guests must indicate their preference at the time of registration. For children under the age of twelve, the airline will automatically arrange child meals.
7. If a guest is a "NO SHOW" for the outbound flight and does not use their seat, the return flight seat will not be reserved for them.
8. The room category and all special requests made to the hotel are subject to the hotel's final arrangement.
9. Most hotels in Korea are non-smoking establishments. If a guest requests a smoking room, there may be a price difference, and an additional fee may be required.
10. According to the guidelines of Korean hotels, there must be at least one guest aged 21 or above per room in order to successfully check-in.
– If a guest is under 21 years old, the hotel may refuse the booking. The guest must submit a "Parent or Guardian Hotel Consent Form" at the time of registration. Whether the guest can ultimately check-in will depend on the hotel's response.
– If a guest is unable to provide the required information and documents during the check-in process and is refused entry by the hotel, the guest will be solely responsible for any liabilities and losses incurred. Our company cannot be held responsible in such cases.
11. It is important to verify and ensure that the names of all travelers match their travel documents before registering. Failure to do so may result in the airline refusing boarding or the hotel refusing check-in. If there is a need to change the name after submitting the registration form or any future changes, the relevant organization may charge a processing fee, and the organization reserves the right to approve or deny the name change request.
12. Guests must possess valid travel documents with sufficient validity (calculated based on the date of return departure) and must obtain the necessary transit and destination visas at their own responsibility. Failure to do so will result in the guest being solely responsible for any consequences.
13. The arrangements stated in the confirmation will only be valid if our company has received full payment for the package or tickets from the guest prior to departure. The services provided by our company are solely as an arranger for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Therefore, guests agree and accept that our company will not be held liable for any losses, injuries, accidents, delays, changes in schedule, or other inconveniences caused by such "services," whether due to negligence or other reasons on the part of the service providers. Our company cannot be held responsible for such incidents.
14. According to the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong's guidelines, a stamp duty fee of 0.15% is imposed on package receipts, which is protected by the Travel Industry Compensation Fund.
