-Services between 10:00pm and 7:30am will incur a surcharge of NT$600, fees to be paid directly to the driver on-site
-Please contact the local agency before 8:00 pm 1 day prior to departure to confirm the itinerary and driver’s contact info. Please make sure that you are reachable as refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to incorrect or incomplete contact info
-If travelers' booking info does not align with the information provided on-site, the supplier has the right to refuse service
-1 piece of luggage occupies 1 passenger seat. Please indicate the size (luggage definition: baggage over 18") and the number of luggage in the Requests & Remarks section when booking.
-Children aged under 4 are required by Taiwanese law to use a car seat; please inform us of the birth date and weight of your children when booking. The first car seat will be free of charge; from the second one onwards, an additional fee of NT$300 per each seat will be charged
-Please note pets are not allowed while boarding the vehicle
-Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle due to the fact that they will cause inconvenience for other travelers, such as eating, drinking, smoking, putting on sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window, or littering
-Expenses for the extension of non-scheduled services will be covered by passengers
- Customers must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Hong Kong and have the necessary entry visas. The company will not be responsible for any issues arising from the customer's personal documents.
