Travel on your own terms.

Travel Mama was founded in Hong Kong in 2015. We are an online travel agency offering private small-group tours, tailor-made itineraries and other travel services.

From our earliest travel products to the private itineraries we now offer around the world, our aim has always been to give our customers more choice and the freedom to travel their own way.

Over the years, we’ve continued to explore different destinations and discover worthwhile ways to travel, bringing each journey closer to the experience travellers truly want. Whether you’re travelling with family, a few good friends, or hoping to get to know a place more deeply, we want to make travel simpler and give you more freedom.

WHO WE ARE

From Hong Kong, connected to the world

"A

Travel Mama is an OTA (Online Travel Agency) founded in Hong Kong. Our team has hands-on operational experience across the global travel industry.

We believe technology can make travel information easier to access and broaden the range of itinerary options. But travel still depends on communication between people. For a tailor-made trip in particular, a list of online options cannot always cover every need.

That is why we keep improving our online platform while staying in direct contact with our customers. Some details are simply better talked through.

WHAT WE DO

Our focus: private small-group tours

Travel Mama specialises in private small-group tours for travellers who want to travel as their own group of family or friends, rather than join a traditional large tour group.

From Europe, Central Asia, Mongolia and Taiwan to destinations elsewhere in the world, we offer suggested itineraries across different routes and themes, and can explore adjustments to suit your needs.

The length of your trip, transport, accommodation, sights and local guide services can all be discussed, depending on what is possible. Alongside private tours, we offer other travel products to give you more choice.

HOW WE WORK

From an idea to a journey

"A

Every journey starts with an idea.

You can choose an itinerary from our website or tell us what you have in mind. We start by understanding your travel dates, group size, interests and budget, then explore suitable routes and arrangements.

We then coordinate with local tour operators and travel service providers to confirm transport, accommodation, guides, what is included and the quotation.

Once the itinerary details are agreed, we move on to booking and preparations for departure.

Travel involves plenty of details, and plans can sometimes change. Before you set off, we aim to explain the important arrangements as clearly as possible, so you know exactly what kind of trip you are booking.
