I've been so busy lately, feeling like a forgetful idiot every day. I was so busy that I even forgot to put my backpack on my desk when I got back to the office, only to realize it was still on the floor when I left work at night, completely untouched. When I run into colleagues, the first question that pops into my head is, "Did I forget any important reports?"<\/p>\n

The connection between being busy and forgetting<\/h2>\n

Busyness and forgetfulness are always intertwined. When I've been very busy lately, I've started to forget some important things, perhaps because my brain is so full of work that there's no room to remember anything else.<\/p>\n

I forgot to reply to emails, and I forgot to read them. My inbox was overflowing with emails, and each time I opened it, I felt utterly overwhelmed. I thought I could manage everything amidst my busy work schedule, but reality proved that to be a pipe dream.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Forgetting the details of life<\/h2>\n

I've forgotten how to read, and of course, I've forgotten how to write. My desk is piled high with unread books, and my notebooks are completely blank. I used to be someone who loved learning and writing, but now, these activities seem to have been replaced by work.<\/p>\n

I forgot lunch, and then I forgot dinner. My stomach was growling with hunger, but I had no time to eat. My daily life was consumed by the urgency of work. I was no longer a person with a regular lifestyle, but a slave to work.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Forgetting and Interpersonal Relationships<\/h2>\n

I've forgotten how to listen, forgotten how to speak. I communicate less and less with family and friends; I'm no longer someone who cares about others, but a machine that only cares about work.<\/p>\n

I forgot the people around me, I forgot myself. The existence of family and friends became so insignificant, and I even forgot myself in a corner.<\/p>\n

Surprisingly, I can forget the most important people and things, but I can't forget work and going to work. Work has become the core of my life, and I seem to have forgotten what the essence of life is.<\/p>\n

It turns out, people can really be this foolish sometimes. I hope to learn some important lessons from this experience, find a balance between work and life, and rediscover myself. Life shouldn't just be about work; it also includes family, friends, interests, and space for self-actualization. Let's work together to never forget what truly matters.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
