4-day private group tour to Taipei and Keelung

Q: 請問這個行程的步道會不會很難走？
A: 鼻頭角步道與望幽谷皆設有完善的景觀階梯與平緩步道，沿途海景絕美。全程有專車接送至步道入口，步調非常從容，十分適合闔家大小一同散步賞海。

Q: 可以臨時調整行程去其他新北景點嗎？
A: This series of selected small group tours is designed to exclusive specifications, and the itinerary cannot be modified in any way. Please take note.

• 所有自費項目，到達該地區(台北)期間進行，須以安全為原則。在特殊情況下，工作人員有權按環境作出適當安排。

• If, due to itinerary adjustments, the first night's hotel is located in a remote area, or if transportation services are suspended, flights are cancelled, or other incidents occur due to weather, strikes, war, work stoppages, or security situations, necessitating adjustments/changes or cancellations of part of the itinerary, customers cannot use this as grounds for withdrawal or complaints. Furthermore, if the tour is cancelled due to the above reasons, which are beyond our company's control, guests who have purchased their own round-trip airfare will be responsible for any additional costs and losses incurred.

• Itinerary: Flights are subject to change and will be subject to the airline's arrangements; hotels, meals and itinerary order may be changed depending on the actual situation and will be subject to the arrangements of the local tour operator. No further notice will be given in case of any changes.

• When participating in existing itinerary activities or optional activities, customers must follow the instructions and arrangements of the staff and assess their own physical condition and the nature of the activity to determine whether participation is appropriate. Customers are solely responsible for all consequences and should seek advice from doctors or other professionals if in doubt. Existing itinerary activities and optional activities may have varying local restrictions, and customers may be unable to participate. The company will not provide any compensation if activities cannot proceed due to local conditions, weather, emergency repairs, or other uncontrollable circumstances, or if customers are unable to participate due to local restrictions.

• The tour fee includes the service fees of all staff (local guide, tour bus driver and travel agency staff).

• This tour will not include an overseas tour leader; instead, a local driver/guide will accompany the group.

• Travel documents must be valid for six months or more (calculated from the date of departure) in order to register for a tour.

• To ensure your comprehensive protection during your trip, travel insurance is required. [Please inquire if you have any questions.]

• To ensure consumer rights, please refer to the terms and conditions, liability issues, and information regarding delayed return to Hong Kong for details.

• If customers book their tours through overseas travel agencies, the fees paid do not include stamp duty from the Hong Kong Tourism Board Indemnity Fund. Therefore, customers are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance to ensure comprehensive protection during their trip.

• Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by their father (and/or) mother and must bring a copy of their birth certificate. If neither parent is traveling with the child, copies of both parents' passports, an English version of a power of attorney, and a copy of the birth certificate are required. <Note: According to immigration regulations, all required documents must be legal.> The power of attorney must be sworn in and verified by the Home Affairs Department before departure.
