When reviewing your shopping cart, you can update the quantity of products and remove products from the cart.

Edit the quantity of a product
The steps to edit the quantity of a product are as follows

- Click on the 'Shopping Cart' button located on the top right corner of the website, and then click on the product name.
- Click on the 'X' button to decrease the quantity
- If you decrease the quantity of a product to 0, the shopping cart will automatically remove the product.

You can make a direct payment using a valid Visa/Master/AE/UnionPay credit card, or using PAYME/Alipay/WeChat Pay


When booking a hotel room, you can make special requests such as late check-in or bed preferences. Travel MaMa will forward your requests to the hotel, but we cannot guarantee that the hotel can provide the room type or rate you requested. You can also call the hotel directly before your check-in date to confirm the availability of your requested room type and amenities.

You can use the 'Additional Information' option to send your special bed type requests to the accommodation. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by Travel MaMa

After a successful payment, we will proceed with your order. If the order cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient stock or other reasons, we will provide a full refund within 24 hours

Please refer to the cancellation terms of each product first. In addition, if participation in an event is suspended due to factors beyond the control of the organizer, a refund will not be provided. If there are uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, we will notify you in advance of any rescheduling or refund arrangements.
