  1. All optional activities to be conducted during the visit to the region (Taipei) will prioritize safety. In special circumstances, the staff reserve the right to make appropriate arrangements based on the environment
  2. If, due to schedule adjustments, the first night's hotel stay is in a remote location, or if transportation services are temporarily suspended, cancelled, or affected by weather, strikes, wars, work stoppages, or safety issues, and it is necessary to adjust/change or cancel part of the itinerary, customers cannot use this as a reason to withdraw or file a complaint. In addition, if the group is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, such as those mentioned above, guests who have purchased round-trip air tickets must bear any additional expenses and losses on their own
  3. Travel itinerary: Flight schedules may be subject to change according to the airline's arrangements; hotels, meals, and itinerary sequences may be subject to changes based on actual circumstances, subject to local reception arrangements. In the event of any changes, customers will not be notified separately.
  4. When participating in scheduled or optional activities, customers must follow the instructions and arrangements of the staff, and assess their participation based on their physical condition and the nature of the activity. Customers shall assume all responsibility for the consequences and may seek advice from a doctor or professional if they have any doubts. Scheduled or optional activities may be subject to different restrictions in the local area, and customers may not be able to participate. If an activity cannot be carried out due to local conditions, weather, emergency repairs, or other uncontrollable factors, or if a customer is unable to participate due to local restrictions, our company will not provide any compensation.
  5. The tour fee includes the service fees of all staff throughout the trip, including the local tour guide, tour bus driver, and relevant staff of the travel agency.
  6. This group will not arrange an outbound tour leader to accompany the group. The group will be received by a local driver who will also serve as the tour guide

  11. If customers register for our company's tour through an overseas travel agency, the fees they pay do not include the stamp duty for the Hong Kong Travel Industry Compensation Fund. Therefore, customers are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance to ensure comprehensive protection during their trip

  13. Children under the age of 15 must travel with their parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) and bring a copy of their birth certificate. If both parents are not traveling with the child, the parent(s) not traveling must provide a copy of their passport, a signed authorization letter (in English), and a copy of the child's birth certificate. Note that according to immigration regulations, all required documents should be legal. The authorization letter must be sworn and confirmed by the Home Affairs Department before departure.
