- Customers must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Hong Kong and have the necessary entry visas. The company will not be responsible for any issues arising from the customer's personal documents.
-The Malaysian government will charge MYR10 per room per night. Since it cannot be included in the travel expenses, passengers are required to pay to the hotel counter when checking in/checking out
-Itinerary attractions and meal times may be adjusted based on the daily transportation situation.
-Participating in a group tour: Guide and driver (included) MYR 300 per person for 5 days
-Please note that you will be sharing the boat transfer with other guest
-All provided snorkeling equipment (mask and snorkel) are one-size for adults, prescription swimming goggles are not available; for children ages 12 and below, it is recommended to bring your own equipment
-Travelers with eyesight conditions are recommended to bring contact lenses or snorkeling masks with optical correction lenses
-The tour will proceed as scheduled even in case of rain.
-The itinerary is subject to changes due to traffic or other unexpected conditions
