Enjoy a leisurely stroll through Parque Kennedy or admire the stunning coastal views along the Miraflores promenade. Lima is also renowned as South America's culinary capital, so don't miss the opportunity to sample its famous local dishes.
In the morning, head to Plaza de Armas for a tour of Lima's colonial history. Visit the exquisite and ornate colonial and neoclassical architectural complexes, including Catedral de Lima, Palacio de Gobierno, and Palacio Municipal.
Starting from Lima, the journey crosses the coastal desert region south to Paracas. Visit Paracas National Reserve, located where the desert meets the ocean, to admire the unique geological landscape sculpted by years of wind and wave erosion. Visit several Pacific viewpoints, stroll along the reddish-brown beaches, and learn about the local natural and cultural history. After the tour, enjoy free time to explore the lively seaside town.
Take a boat trip to Islas Ballestas, passing the mysterious Candelabra Geoglyph nestled on the coastal hillsides. As you approach the island, you can observe sea lions, Humboldt Penguins, and various seabirds. Afterwards, visit an Ica winery, explore the desert oasis Huacachina, and experience off-road dune buggies and sandboarding.

Fly to Cusco in the morning. Known as the "Archaeological Capital of the Americas," Cusco was the heart of the Inca Empire in the 14th and 15th centuries. Today, Cusco blends ancient pre-Inca, Inca, and Spanish colonial styles, showcasing a rich history and culture. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour, visiting several archaeological sites including Plaza de Armas, the Temple of the Sun, and Sacsayhuamán.
First, visit Chinchero, a colonial-era church built on Inca foundations, and well-preserved Inca stone walls. Then proceed to Moray, the site of circular terraced fields believed to be an Inca agricultural experimentation ground. Next, head to Maras Salt Mines, salt ponds situated on a hillside, forming a honeycomb-like terraced landscape. Finally, after visiting the best-preserved Inca town of Ollantaytambo, take a train to Aguas Calientes.
In the morning, take a bus to Machu Picchu – a city high in the Andes Mountains. Stroll among the ruins' temples, plazas, and terraces, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views and learning about the Inca civilization's remarkable achievements in architecture and engineering through exquisite craftsmanship. Enjoy free time to explore Aguas Calientes and have lunch. In the afternoon, return to Cusco by train and shuttle bus.

Depart from Cusco early in the morning and drive to the village of Pacchanta (approximately 3 hours). After breakfast, ride horses to Mount Ausangate, visiting a local family along the way who raises hundreds of alpacas of different colors. Continue riding to the 7 Lagunas (Seven Colored Lakes), exploring the lakes, learning about the reasons for their colors, and the captivating legends associated with them. Afterwards, ride back to Pacchanta and relax in the natural hot springs. Enjoy lunch before returning to Cusco.
Departing from Cusco in the early morning, passing through Andean villages, and having breakfast, we begin a 1.5-hour hike. Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), located at an altitude of 5,200 meters, boasts vibrant red, green, yellow, and purple stripes due to the presence of various minerals, making it one of the world's most unique natural wonders. Previously covered in snow and ice, its true beauty has only recently been revealed as global climate change has caused the snow and ice to recede. Along the way, you can see various alpacas, plains, and snow-capped mountains.
