Private Tour
- Participants must complete the registration form and pay a deposit to confirm their booking.
- Participants must ensure that the information provided (full name, passport/ID number, date of birth, etc.) is accurate. Any issues with booking or immigration clearance caused by incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
- Any cancellation must be made in writing to Travel MaMa®.
- Once air tickets, hotel reservations, or other services (such as match tickets or transportation passes) have been issued/confirmed, they cannot be changed or refunded.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or government regulations) leading to tour cancellation, Travel MaMa® will make every effort to assist with refund applications, but full refunds cannot be guaranteed.
- The tour itinerary is based on the official “Itinerary” provided at registration. Travel MaMa® reserves the right to adjust the order of activities due to factors beyond its control, such as flight schedules, weather, or traffic conditions.
- For services provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, stadiums, attractions, etc.), Travel MaMa® acts solely as an agent and shall not be held liable for any issues arising from such suppliers.
- Participants must comply with local laws and follow the instructions of guides/leaders. Failure to do so will be at their own risk and responsibility.
- Travel MaMa® shall not be liable for any loss resulting from participants’ negligence, health conditions, incomplete travel documents, or violations of regulations.
- Travel MaMa® strongly recommends all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, baggage, and flight delays.
- Participants are responsible for assessing whether their physical condition is suitable for travel. If special medical arrangements are required, Travel MaMa® must be informed prior to registration.
- Personal shopping, additional meals, and any other personal expenses during the trip shall be borne by the participants.
- Travel MaMa® reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Sports tickets
- The usage dates, prices, and ticket conditions vary for each product. The content applies only to specific product types and usage dates. Prices are based on booking time and may increase due to the season.
- If a guest voluntarily abandons the itinerary while using the product, no refund will be issued by this website under any circumstances.
- If the terms and conditions are not displayed, then the ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- If activities are affected by transportation, weather, or other force majeure factors, this website reserves the right to change, cancel, or make alternative arrangements according to the service provider's arrangements.
- The order and timing of activities will be subject to the arrangements made by the local staff.
- The personal information provided by the guest must be consistent with the details registered on their travel documents.
- The event schedule may change at any time without prior notice. Guests should check the official event website before departure.
- This website, as a service provider, offers its customers local tour products and services (hereinafter referred to as "services"). It is explicitly stated that this website acts only as an agent of the service providers. All tickets issued for these services are subject to the terms and conditions (which have been provided to all guests). By accepting the tickets, the guests are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. This website shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, illnesses, injuries, losses, accidents, expenses, delays, or other claims arising from the provision of the services, whether caused by vehicle defects, equipment failure, strikes, theft, negligence or misconduct by any service provider or their agents, or otherwise. This website shall also not be responsible for any additional costs or loss of vacation time resulting from cancellations or changes to the itinerary or plans by the guests. While every effort will be made to handle any delays, this website shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred under such circumstances.
Staycation
- Guests must present a valid identification document and credit card at check-in. The name on these must match the details provided to Travel MaMa (the required available credit varies by hotel). Please note that debit cards may not be accepted by the hotel.
- If you wish to cancel a cancellable booking before check-in, you should call Travel MaMa. If you are delayed on the day of check-in, or you find that you cannot check in at the hotel on your requested dates, you should inform the hotel. If you fail to check in on the booking date without notifying the hotel, the remaining part of your reservation may be cancelled and you may not be eligible for a refund, subject to the applicable hotel terms and conditions.
- Hotel cancellation policies vary. Some bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. If you cancel a booking, some hotels require a penalty fee. However, some hotels offer a full refund. Please check the hotel's cancellation policy when booking. Once a hotel reservation is confirmed, no changes can be made.
- If you have special needs relating to disabilities (for example, if you need a wheelchair-accessible room or need to use a service animal), you must call the hotel to check if they can accommodate your needs.
- The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old to check in to the hotel.
- Hotels may offer lower room rates for certain types of stays; however, these rates may be subject to special restrictions and conditions, such as cancellation and refund policies. Please carefully read the room and pricing details before booking to understand any such conditions. We reserve the right to modify prices for marketing and commercial reasons.
- Star ratings are for reference only. Like other well-known hotel rating systems, Travel MaMa considers factors such as facilities, amenities, reputation, brand, other rating services, and feedback from past guests when evaluating participating hotels. Our rating system may sometimes differ from other familiar rating systems. We do not guarantee or warrant that our star rating system is the same or consistent with any other rating system, and we reserve the right to change hotel ratings at any time without prior notice.
- We strive to provide accurate prices and information for our services. Hotels supply us with pricing and other information related to these services. However, if there are printing errors or other mistakes in the pricing or service information provided by the hotel, resulting in incorrect prices or information listed or offered to us, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking of such services, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the booked service and your booking is cancelled due to incorrect hotel information, we will promptly refund the charged amount to your credit card account. Prices, rates, and availability are subject to the hotel's supply conditions.
- You cannot book more than 8 rooms at the same hotel for the same dates. If we determine that you have made separate bookings totaling more than 8 rooms, we may cancel your bookings and charge a cancellation fee, if applicable. If you have paid a non-refundable deposit, it will be forfeited. If you wish to book 9 or more rooms, you must contact our group travel experts. Our team will review your request and contact you to complete the booking.
- Regarding hotel transactions for promoting merchant price disclosure, we will charge you taxes and fees based on the payment method you choose. This charge includes an estimated amount to cover the taxes owed by the hotel for your booking, including but not limited to sales and use taxes, occupancy taxes, room taxes, consumption taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and/or other similar taxes. In some locations, the taxes may also include government-imposed service charges or other fees required by law to be collected by the hotel but not directly paid to the tax authorities.
Travel vouchers
- Vouchers are only valid if used within the specified period. Consumers must use the vouchers within their validity period; otherwise, the company will not accept expired vouchers, and consumers will not be able to redeem products or services.
- Once the voucher has expired and become invalid, it can no longer be redeemed, and no discretionary arrangements will be made. It is recommended to use the voucher within its validity period.
Online payment
- The website currently accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, and UnionPay credit cards. The supported credit cards are subject to system prompts; if the system does not approve, it means the card cannot be used.
- After submitting the order, if the payment fails due to any reason, including but not limited to network or system issues, the transaction for the order will be completely cancelled and the booking will not be retained. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred by the guest as a result.
- Although the website system uses secure channels to transmit credit card information, it is recommended that you check your bank statement and transaction records every month. If you notice any issues, you may contact our company for inquiry.
General
- Passenger is advised to purchase travel insurance before traveling, he/ she can contact our office by phone or in person.
- Passenger must arrive at the check-in counter 3 hours before departure time and present the valid travel document. The check -in counter will be closed 60 minutes before estimated departure time
- Some airlines require passenger to reconfirm the return/ onward flight booking at least 72 hours before travel. Failure to reconfirm the flight booking directly with airline may result in cancellation of flight.
- According to airline policy, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to pass through the boarding gate on or before the time specified by the airline. The airline will not bear any responsibility nor make concession to accommodate such passenger.
- Prices quoted on the website are derived from various sources and may not be updated daily. You may wish to verify actual prices on the date of booking.
- Airline regulations disallow female passenger, who will be 28 weeks into her pregnancy or more on date of travel. If in doubt, please check with the concerned airline and consult your doctor. Infants must be at least 6 weeks old to travel by air and must either sit on an adult’s lap or in baby cot.Please contact the airline for details on appropriate seating arrangement. Children aged 2 years or more must require a seat
- When booking airticket or hotel, passenger can enter Frequent Flyer Program or Hotel Loyalty Program information and membership number. Please note that there are restrictions in the respective terms and conditions of such programs. The recognition and award are subject to the approval from the respective program operators, please contact them for details.
- Inany special circumstances, such as the visa delay, overbooked hotel situation,abrupt change of flight schedule, aircraft types or en-route locations etc, the Company or its business partner doesnot bear any responsibility for such changes. The Companywill make every effort to deal with any delay situation, however, the company or its delegate agency will not be responsible for any cost arises from such circumstances.
- In case of unexpected incidents such as typhoons, rainstorms, natural disasters, political unrest or epidemic, passenger should pay attention to news broadcasts or contact airline to confirm whether there is any change or cancellation of flight. As flight operating normally,please follow normal check-in procedure. The Company shall not be responsible for any additional costs such as hotel accommodation, transportation fees, long distance telephone charges, as a result from the incidents mentioned above.
Travel Document / Visa
- Passengers must ensure their passport / travel document to have at least six months validity from the return date.
- Passenger must hold valid entry visa. The companyis not liable for any problem arises from personal travel document issue.
- Taiwan Landing Visa Requirements: passenger MUST present HKID card AND together with either SAR or BNO travel document, which indicates Hong Kong to be the birthplace to Taiwan Immigration.
- Passenger should check with the consulateearly on for visa requirement and changes.Passenger must hold a valid passportand visa. Please allow sufficient time for visa application process for it will take some time. The Company shall not be responsible forany delay or rejection of visa.
- For non-HKSAR citizen, please contact the Embassy for information and advice on the visa requirements of theproposed countries to visit.
- Visitor to the U.S. tour: according to the U.S. Consulate visa waiver program, visitor must apply e-visa transitESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) online.
- HK resident holding foreign passport must carry Hong Kong Identity Card to facilitate immigration upon re-entry to Hong Kong. According to the Hong Kong Immigration Ordinance, with exception to HK resident, all foreign passport holder must hold a valid travel document and a return air ticket before entering Hong Kong
- If travel involves various international destinations, passenger is solely responsible to ensure that he/she is to obtain relevant visa or transit visa and valid passport, which must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the return date, and comply with all immigration requirements
- Passenger should be in totally compliance with local national law,which strictly prohibits passenger from carrying illegal goods and requires passenger to declare personal goods and cash accurately.
Special Request
- For seat assignment request(especially in economy class), Travel Mama has no control over the request and cannot make guarantee, even for in-advance request to the airline.
- Travel Mama will pass‘special requests’from customer, such as meal, wheelchair and baby cot etc., to the airline / hotel for final approval.
Cancellation
- If passenger wishes to change or cancel the flight + hotel booking, please contact our office. We will endeavor our best to assist your booking. In general, flight + hotel bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable, and therefore any change to flight or hotel may require the purchase of a new flight or hotel booking. Passenger will be liable for all associated costs of new booking.
