Georgia Small Group Tour, a travel option you may not have heard of. But I can guarantee that after you go, you will definitely fall in love with the beauty and diversity of this country. This time, I will share my journey to Georgia with you and hopefully inspire your travel ideas.

Georgia is a country located at the intersection of Europe and Asia, with a rich history and culture. Its capital is Tbilisi, a vibrant and modern city. Our small group tour starts from Tbilisi and visits many famous attractions along the way, such as:

• Georgian National Museum: This museum showcases the history and culture of Georgia from prehistoric times to the present. You can see many precious artifacts, such as gold objects, pottery, weapons, and more. The most captivating for me is the Georgian Treasury, which displays exquisite gold jewelry that is truly breathtaking.

• Holy Trinity Cathedral: This cathedral is the largest and tallest in Georgia, built in 2004. Its architectural style combines Georgian tradition with modern elements, making it very impressive. Inside the cathedral, you can admire intricate frescoes and stained glass windows, experiencing the Georgian people's devotion to God.

• Mtskheta Fortress: This fortress is one of the oldest in Georgia, dating back to the 9th century. It is located on a hill near the center of Tbilisi and offers a panoramic view of the entire city. You can climb the stone steps to the top of the fortress and see many ancient buildings, including churches, bell towers, prisons, and more. Inside the fortress, there is also a museum that introduces its history and functions.

In addition to Tbilisi, we also visited many other places, such as:

• Kazbegi: This town is a popular resort located in the middle of the Caucasus Mountains in northern Georgia, offering fresh air and beautiful scenery. Its most famous attraction is the Holy Trinity Church of Kazbegi, situated on a hillside with the backdrop of the Caucasus Mountains. This church is one of the most iconic landmarks in Georgia, and many people visit to capture memorable photos.

• Uplistsikhe: This village is an ancient settlement in southern Georgia, with many unique architectural structures. The most distinctive one is the Uplistsikhe Cave Town, a tower built with stones used for defense or storing food. These towers have multiple levels, each with small windows for access or archery. You can enter the towers and experience the living conditions of that era.

• Vardzia: This small town is a wine-producing region in western Georgia, with many vineyards and wine cellars. The traditional winemaking method here involves fermenting the grapes in clay jars buried underground, which is a very ancient technique. You can visit the wine cellars, taste authentic Georgian wines, and savor the flavors of Georgia.

Besides its stunning attractions, Georgia also offers a variety of delicious cuisine. Georgian cuisine combines European and Middle Eastern flavors, featuring a wide range of bread, dairy products, meats, and spices. Some of my favorites include:

• Khachapuri: This is a dish where cheese is wrapped in bread, shaped like a boat, with a raw egg in the center. To eat it, you mix the egg and cheese together, and tear off the bread to dip and enjoy. It's rich and creamy, satisfying to the palate.

• Kebab: This is a type of meat skewer made from beef, lamb, or chicken, grilled on bamboo sticks. The meat is tender, juicy, and aromatic. You can pair it with sauces or salads to enhance the flavors.

• Churchkhela: This is a dessert made from flour, butter, walnuts, and sugar. It has a crispy outer layer and a soft, chewy interior, sweet but not overly so. It's perfect to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee as a sweet afternoon treat.
