Confirmation & Payment Process
- Immediate payment is required upon booking. Our website currently uses CITYLINE as the credit card payment platform.
- Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
- We will process your booking, and a dedicated specialist will assist you with your order.
- Order confirmation will be finalized by 7:00 PM on the next working day (Monday to Saturday). Once successfully booked, our specialist will contact you.
- If the product is out of stock or for other reasons the order cannot be fulfilled, . We will issue a full refund within 24 hours.
Important Notes & Add-on Details
- The prices shown online are calculated per room.
- Room Upgrade Privileges:Upgrade to an Ocean View Room for an additional HK$300 per room per night; upgrade to Connecting Rooms for an additional HK$300 per set per night (one set equals two rooms: one double bed and one twin bed, applicable only to 2nd-3rd floor rooms; or two twin-bed rooms, applicable only to ground floor rooms).
- Leisure Activity Details:1-hour bicycle rental (each package includes 1 family bike or 2 standard two-wheel bikes); or 1-hour ball game rental (choices: table tennis / basketball / badminton / volleyball / football), or 30-minute air hockey (choose 1 of 3). Activities must be selected upon booking and are subject to a first-come, first-served basis.
- Leisure activities^ may be altered or canceled due to weather, government restrictions, venue closures, hotel availability, or guests not meeting physical requirements. Final arrangements are strictly subject to availability on the day of check-in.
- A minimum of two guests per room is required, and valid identification must be provided for registration before check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is two adults and two children.
- Accompanying Child Fee (Ages 3-11):The add-on fee includes breakfast, a selected dinner, and shared activities (applicable only for bicycle rentals or archery experiences) for one child. An extra bed is not included.
- Requests for rooms on the same floor or adjacent rooms are strictly subject to availability on the day and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
- Dining Hours:Beachfront BBQ buffet is from 18:00 – 21:00 (if you prefer to dine from 14:30 – 17:30, please notify us in advance); selected set dinner is from 18:30 – 20:00. Traveling companions must choose the same dinner option. Photos are for reference only.
- Check-in Time: 15:00 | Check-out Time: 11:00.
- Excludes: 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT). This tax will be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in.
