Subject to availability and without affecting confirmed hotel bookings, important tickets, driver working hours, and road conditions, the driver/guide will make minor adjustments to the arrangements on the day. The final arrangements will be subject to the terms and conditions provided when confirming the order.
Does the itinerary include meals?
The itinerary usually includes hotel breakfast, but most main meals are not included, allowing you to choose restaurants according to your appetite and budget. The driver/guide can recommend local restaurants based on the day's route; the actual number of meals included is subject to the product page.
Can the driver/guide accompany us into museums and palaces for guided tours?
Some national-level tourist attractions (such as Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna and Prague Castle) may restrict guided tours by outsiders or require officially licensed guides. Mandarin-speaking driver-guides will generally provide background information and tour routes from outside. Spring and autumn are better times to go
Temperatures are more comfortable from April to June and from September to October, but popular old towns are crowded during the peak summer months. Late November to December is a common reason to visit, as the Christmas markets in Prague and Vienna attract crowds, so it's advisable to anticipate the crowds and book hotels in advance.
Palace tickets need to be booked in advance.
For Schönbrunn Palace, Castle, and National Park time tickets, it is recommended to arrange them as early as possible after confirming your departure date. Do not assume that you can buy tickets later.
Allow time for cross-border travel.
The travel time between the Czech Republic, Austria, and Hungary is acceptable, but adding Plitvice Lakes or Poland would require adding nights. Don't cram too many border crossings and other tourist attractions into one day.
There are regulations for guided tours inside the museum.
Some palaces and museums do not allow outside guides to enter and provide explanations. Drivers/guides will provide background information outside the premises; official guides may be required if needed, and this must be confirmed separately.
Most meals are self-arranged
