Who We Are
Founded in 2015, Travel MaMa is a relaxed local OTA (Online Travel Agency). We do not believe in the hard sell. We focus on product quality rather than chasing the lowest price, trusting that customers will choose our services when the time is right.
Being relaxed does not mean being idle. It means approaching competition calmly and naturally. What matters most is that both sides are happy: you enjoy your ideal trip, and we find joy in our work.

How Travel MaMa Works
Back to our story: MaMa was founded on ideals and a sense of purpose. A persistent commitment, together with the joy we find in our work, keeps us moving through long working days as we improve our processes and systems day after day.
MaMa continues towards our goal of being a small brand with a distinctive character. We often spend more than ten hours a day immersed in a single product, and work-life balance has long become a distant idea. But I believe that when you find your own field, you can enjoy a life in which work and living are inseparable.
