After placing your order, we will confirm whether the order is valid before 7:00 p.m. on the next business day (Monday to Saturday).
Payment is required at the time of ordering, and our website currently uses Cityline as the credit card payment platform.
After payment is successfully processed, we will send a payment confirmation letter to your email address.
We will handle the order for you, and a dedicated representative will assist you with your order.
After the reservation is successful, we will contact you.
If the product is out of stock or for other reasons the order cannot be fulfilled,.we will issue a full refund within 24 hours.

Terms & Conditions

➤Once the order is confirmed, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
➤Control department staff will contact the guest the day before departure to confirm pick-up time and vehicle information.
➤Please turn on your mobile phone or connect to Wi-Fi, as the driver will contact the guest to arrange the pick-up location.
➤The private car's free waiting time is 25 minutes, after which there will be a charge of $250 per half hour, payable in cash.
➤The overtime service fee for private cars is $500 per hour, payable in cash.
➤If a pick-up sign service is needed, the fee is $100 per sign (please indicate when placing the order).
➤For extra luggage, the fee is HKD$80 per piece (please indicate when placing the order).
➤The journey includes basic tunnel fees.
➤From 23:30 to 06:30, this period is considered night service, and an additional night service fee of $200 is required (please indicate when placing the order).
➤Tips (optional)
➤Bad weather arrangements: Typhoon signal No. 3 or below / Red Rainstorm Warning: Pick-up and drop-off will proceed as usual, but there may be traffic congestion and delays. Typhoon signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning: To ensure the safety of drivers and guests, service will be temporarily suspended, and pick-up and drop-off will be rescheduled individually.
