旅行小故事 :剛剛去台灣出差,回程坐的士出機場,司機大哥通常見你係第二度嘅人,通常都會好熱情咁傾多幾句,架車大概開左十分鐘左右,突然間⋯有隻手係後座拍我膊頭(台灣大架嘅的士,有時候會有前後兩排),日光日白,我唔會以為撞鬼,我只係怕公路打劫。

服務態度

服務態度 :星期六的市場並不是很繁忙,然而,我還是期待著能夠有客人進來,讓我能夠幫助他們找到他們需要的東西,或者至少能夠與他們聊聊天。

當第一位客人進來時,我用熱情的笑容問候他,然而他卻顯得很害羞,只待了不到30秒就離開了。我感到有點失望,但還是期待著下一位客人能夠來到這裡。
