It's never too late to start: TravelMaMa doesn't mind targeting younger customers, but surprisingly, our services have attracted a group of clients we never expected. A while ago, our boss personally helped four women in their 70s with their independent trip to Japan (and even contacted them every day to let them know they were safe). We thought it was just a record, but the most amazing thing is that there's more to the story.

Today a neighbor asked me about a small group tour to Japan. Including this one, I previously...I've seen him five times already. Each time he asked for a different place, so I went out...Out of curiosity, I asked him why he would ask me about a new place every few months, and to my surprise, he...To be frank...

Travel anecdote: I just went to Taiwan on a business trip. On the way back, I took a taxi from the airport. Drivers usually chat with you a bit more when they see you as a second person. After about ten minutes of driving, suddenly... a hand patted my shoulder from the back seat (in Taiwan, taxis sometimes have two rows, one in front and one behind). It was bright sunlight, so I didn't think I was seeing a ghost. I was just worried about being robbed on the highway.

Service attitude

Service attitude: The market is not very busy on Saturdays, but I still look forward to customers coming in so I can help them find what they need, or at least chat with them.

When the first guest came in, I greeted him with a warm smile, but he seemed shy and left in less than 30 seconds. I was a little disappointed, but I still looked forward to the next guest coming.

Travel insurance: Even if you travel frequently, there's always a sense of unease when you're in a foreign land, as you can't predict any unexpected events. But reviewing some travel information before you go and making thorough preparations will give you peace of mind!
