It's never too late to start: TravelMaMa doesn't mind targeting younger customers, but surprisingly, our services have attracted a group of clients we never expected. Travel anecdote: I just went to Taiwan on a business trip. On the way back, I took a taxi from the airport. Drivers usually chat with you a bit more when they see you as a second person. After about ten minutes of driving, suddenly... a hand patted my shoulder from the back seat (in Taiwan, taxis sometimes have two rows, one in front and one behind). It was bright sunlight, so I didn't think I was seeing a ghost. I was just worried about being robbed on the highway.
Service attitude
Service attitude: The market is not very busy on Saturdays, but I still look forward to customers coming in so I can help them find what they need, or at least chat with them.
When the first guest came in, I greeted him with a warm smile, but he seemed shy and left in less than 30 seconds. I was a little disappointed, but I still looked forward to the next guest coming.
