寫作停滯 – 近來寫東西力不從心，數量少了，質素也不滿意。一直的解釋是工作忙，沒有時間。其實，這種解釋已經成了一種習慣，幾乎成了無意識的自我安慰。每當有人詢問為什麼創作停滯不前，我總是機械地回答：「真的太忙了。」

不過這一句是全港排名第一的通用解釋，適用於所有問題。嚴格而言這句解釋什麼也沒有解釋。它像是一個遮羞布，掩蓋了那些更深層次的問題：缺乏靈感、創造力的枯竭，或是對當下生活的不滿。然而，這些問題往往比忙碌更難以啟齒，更難以面對。

講起農曆新年，對好多人嚟講係「放假」，但對我哋嚟講，簡直係一場年度大比拼！由年廿八開始，全公司嘅 WhatsApp 聲就好似交響樂咁未停過：有客想臨急改機票、有客去到機場先發現護照過咗期（真係咩奇難雜症都有！），我哋成班同事真係要搏到最後一秒，確保每一位經我哋訂飛、訂團嘅客都可以平平安安出發，我哋先敢諗「收爐」呢兩個字。
所以，每一年嘅**「Travel Mama 團年飯」**，對我哋嚟講唔單止係食餐飯咁簡單，直情係一次「集體回血」嘅重要儀式！

A trip to southern Taiwan sometimes feels like a meticulously planned dream. In this dream, filled with curiosity about the unknown, I boarded an early morning flight to Kaohsiung. Susan 嗰種一絲不苟嘅性格，喺我哋處理歐洲私家小包團嗰陣發揮咗最大作用。歐洲嘅酒店預約、火車接駁，錯一個字母都大件事。有佢喺度「執漏」，我哋成個團隊（同埋各位客仔）都覺得好心安。呢種「真人」之間嘅信任，係冷冰冰嘅自動化系統永遠俾唔到你嘅。
我哋老闆依然係嗰個極愛分享嘅旅遊發燒友。雖然依家無得一邊聽佢講故一邊望窗外，但佢成日會喺 Zoom 或者 WhatsApp 入面，分享佢以前喺歐洲踩場嘅奇聞軼事。呢啲「故仔」唔係廢話，而係我哋嘅靈感來源。例如佢講起喺南法小鎮邊條路最啱睇夕陽，或者邊間酒莊嘅老闆最客氣，我哋就會將呢啲細節融入去客仔嘅行程入面。對我哋嚟講，每一份行程表唔係冷冰冰嘅文件，而係一份充滿溫度嘅旅行邀請函。
做旅行社最怕突發嘢，但呢啲時候最見到人情味。記得有次歐洲突然大罷工，Susan 同我哋老闆兩個人二話不說，自動自覺分工：一個去聯絡司機改道，一個去同客人解釋並安撫情緒。我哋老闆仲識得喺 Group 入面放幾首輕快嘅音樂，話要幫大家降吓溫。嗰份「你行前，我墊後」嘅默契，令我哋喺最忙亂嘅下午，依然可以維持住 Travel Mama 嗰份優雅同專業。
Travel Mama 嘅工作日常，雖然無驚天動魄嘅大場面，但見證住一個個家庭開開心心去完歐洲返嚟，收到佢哋一張簡單嘅多謝，嗰份「小確幸」就已經好足夠。我哋唔單止係喺度「打份工」，我哋係喺度守護緊每一位客仔嘅夢想假期。呢份由 2015 年累積到 2026 年嘅溫暖同默契，先係我哋喺雲端時代生存嘅最強武器。
