Precautions and Frequently Asked Questions

• Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-changeable, and confirmation will be made within 3 business days. Tour fees are as stated at the time of registration and are subject to change without notice.
• Accommodation arrangements: Odd-numbered travelers will be assigned rooms by gender. If a single room cannot be assigned, a single room supplement will apply. For a single room or extra bed request, please contact customer service for pricing. We cannot guarantee that all hotels will offer double rooms; some may only offer twin rooms.
• Airport pick-up service: Please note that after you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, the driver will usually be waiting for you at the exit with a sign. Group pick-up services may require you to wait at the airport for some time while waiting for other passengers; the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 1 hour. In case of flight delays or changes, please inform us promptly via the emergency contact method.
• Itinerary and Transportation: The itinerary for this series cannot be modified in any way. The type of bus used will depend on the number of passengers. If the number of passengers is very small, public transportation or a minibus driven by the tour guide may be arranged for certain stages of the journey.
• Baggage restrictions: Each passenger may bring a maximum of one suitcase weighing 30 kg. If the trip includes train travel, the train company requires that the weight of the luggage not exceed 20 kg and the sum of its three sides not exceed 250 cm. Any excess baggage fees will be paid directly to the train company.
• Flexibility: We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the timings on the detailed itinerary. Itinerary attractions and meal times may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions on the day. The reference hotels disclosed in the product description may be changed due to last-minute room availability changes.
• Event Reminder: Our tours are open-ended, and the tourists/guides/drivers in your group may change. We will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather; please bring sunscreen and flip-flops for the Sky Mirror activity.
• Insurance recommendations: Our basic travel insurance has limited coverage, and we strongly recommend that all guests purchase additional insurance on their own.
• Visa Information: Passengers must hold a valid passport and entry visa with at least 6 months validity from the return date. Our company holds no liability for any issues arising from personal travel documents.
