Founded in 2015, Travel MaMa is a very laid-back local OTA (Online Travel Agency). We don't push hard to sell to customers; we focus on product quality rather than pursuing low prices. We believe that when the time is right, you will naturally choose our services (online services only, no in-person visits).
Being "Buddhist-like" doesn't mean being lazy; it means dealing with market competition in a peaceful and natural way. For us, the most important thing is that both sides are happy and satisfied: you enjoy your ideal journey, and we also derive happiness from our work.

Li Shen, Travel MaMa is just a travel agency run by Hong Kong people. It's a small place, really just a few small staff. So we can only focus on doing one or two small things well, and hope that every customer who has patronized us can feel our efforts.

Let's get back to the main point. The founding of MaMa has always been driven by ideals and original intentions. We face extremely long working hours and constantly improve processes and systems every day, simply because a kind of unrealistic persistence accompanied by joy propels us forward tirelessly.
I know MaMa won't become a big brand; we simply don't have the potential. But I hope we can continue to strive towards becoming a small brand with a distinct personality. Even though I spend almost ten hours a day immersed in a single product, and the beauty of work-life balance is long gone, I still believe that as long as you find your own niche, you can truly enjoy a world where life and work are inseparable.
