Q: Can we adjust our itinerary to visit other attractions in Nantou?
A: This series of small group tours to the Monster Village is a specially designed itinerary, and the itinerary cannot be modified in any way. Please take note.
• All optional activities will be conducted during your stay in the area (Taipei) and must be carried out with safety as the top priority. In special circumstances, staff have the right to make appropriate arrangements based on the situation.
• If, due to itinerary adjustments, the first night's hotel is located in a remote area, or if transportation services are suspended, flights are cancelled, or other incidents occur due to weather, strikes, war, work stoppages, or security situations, necessitating adjustments/changes or cancellations of part of the itinerary, customers cannot use this as grounds for withdrawal or complaints. Furthermore, if the tour is cancelled due to the above reasons, which are beyond our company's control, guests who have purchased their own round-trip airfare will be responsible for any additional costs and losses incurred.
• Itinerary: Flights are subject to change and will be subject to the airline's arrangements; hotels, meals and itinerary order may be changed depending on the actual situation and will be subject to the arrangements of the local tour operator. No further notice will be given in case of any changes.
