- If, due to schedule adjustments, the first night's hotel stay is in a remote location, or if transportation services are temporarily suspended, cancelled, or affected by weather, strikes, wars, work stoppages, or safety issues, and it is necessary to adjust/change or cancel part of the itinerary, customers cannot use this as a reason to withdraw or file a complaint. In addition, if the group is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, such as those mentioned above, guests who have arranged their own return air tickets must bear any additional expenses and losses on their own
- Travel itinerary: Flight schedules may be subject to change according to the airline's arrangements; hotels, meals, and itinerary sequences may be subject to changes based on actual circumstances, subject to local reception arrangements. In the event of any changes, customers will not be notified separately.
- When participating in scheduled activities or activities at your own expense, customers must follow the instructions and arrangements of the staff, and assess their participation based on their physical condition and the nature of the activity.
