Precautions before booking

• All optional activities must be conducted with safety as the primary consideration. In exceptional circumstances, staff have the right to make appropriate arrangements based on the situation.
• If transportation services are suspended, flights are cancelled, or other incidents occur due to weather, strikes, war, work slowdowns, or security situations, and it is necessary to adjust/change or cancel part of the itinerary, customers cannot use this as a pretext to request a refund or file a complaint. Furthermore, if the tour is cancelled due to the above reasons that are beyond our control, guests who have purchased their own round-trip airfare will be responsible for any additional costs and losses incurred.
• Itinerary: Flights are subject to change and will be subject to the airline's arrangements; hotels, meals and itinerary order may be changed depending on the actual situation and will be subject to local reception arrangements. No further notice will be given in case of any changes.
• When participating in existing itinerary activities or optional activities, customers must follow the instructions and arrangements of the staff and assess their own physical condition and the nature of the activity to determine whether or not to participate. Customers shall bear all responsibility and consequences.

• You must have a valid travel document with a validity period of six months or more (calculated from the date of departure) in order to register for a tour.
• To ensure you have comprehensive protection during your trip, it is necessary to purchase travel insurance.
• To ensure consumer rights, please refer to the details, liability issues, and notice regarding delayed return to Hong Kong.
• If customers book their tours through overseas travel agencies, the fees they pay do not include stamp duty from the Hong Kong Tourism Board Indemnity Fund. Therefore, customers are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance themselves.
