If transportation services are suspended, flights are cancelled, or other incidents occur due to weather, strikes, war, work slowdowns, or security situations, and it is necessary to adjust/change or cancel part of the itinerary, customers cannot use this as a pretext to request a refund or file a complaint. Furthermore, if the tour is cancelled due to the above reasons that are beyond our control, guests who have purchased their own round-trip airfare will be responsible for any additional costs and losses incurred.
