- Registration and Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-changeable. Orders will be confirmed within 3 business days. Tour fees are as stated at the time of registration and are subject to change without notice.
- Visa and Passport: Passengers must hold a valid passport and entry visa with at least 6 months validity from the return date. Our company holds no liability for any issues arising from personal travel documents.
- Accommodation arrangements: Odd-numbered travelers will be assigned rooms by gender. If a single room cannot be assigned, a single room supplement will apply. For a single room or extra bed request, please contact customer service for pricing. We cannot guarantee that all hotels will offer double rooms; some may only offer twin rooms.
- Airport pick-up service: After you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, the driver will usually be waiting for you at the exit with a sign. The pick-up service may require waiting for other passengers, with a maximum waiting time of 1 hour. In case of flight delays or changes, please inform us promptly through the emergency contact methods.
- Itinerary and Transportation: This itinerary cannot be modified in any way. The type of bus used will depend on the number of participants; for very small groups, public transportation or a minibus driven by a guide may be arranged. Please wear your seatbelt while the bus is in motion, keep yourself clean, and refrain from eating, drinking, or consuming alcohol. Please do not leave valuables inside the vehicle.
- Baggage restrictions: Each passenger may bring a maximum of one suitcase weighing 30 kg. If the trip includes train travel, the limit is usually 20 kg and the sum of the three dimensions should not exceed 250 cm. Any excess baggage fees will be borne by the passenger.
- Itinerary Adjustment: Due to factors such as traffic, weather, flight schedules and room availability, the itinerary and time may be subject to minor adjustments, but all included attractions will be visited (non-refundable unless cancelled by the guest).
- Hotel and Peak Season Surcharges: The listed hotel may change due to last-minute room availability changes. During peak seasons (such as Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, etc.), hotels may have additional fees and mandatory requirements.
