Day 1
Arrive in Baku (lunch or dinner)
Welcome guests at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, followed by a private transfer to the hotel for check-in. A welcome lunch or dinner will be arranged depending on your arrival time. Today, Baku has transformed into a modern city and a captivating tourist destination, where futuristic technology, luxury hotels, and ancient traditions, authentic cuisine, and warm Eastern hospitality blend seamlessly. After a short rest at the hotel, we will proceed to Shirvanshakh Restaurant, one of the city's most opulent traditional restaurants, for your first taste of authentic cuisine; the main course is Azerbaijani pilaf with chestnuts and meat.

Day 2
Baku City Deep Dive Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a visit to Highland Park and the Old City. Highland Park, situated on the western hills of the city, offers stunning panoramic views of the entire city, Baku Bay, and Seaside Boulevard. Then, explore the Old City known as Icheri Sheher, including the Shirvanshahs Palace, Maiden Tower, Caravanserais, and a mosque. Lunch will be at Dolma Restaurant, featuring a special main course of stuffed grape leaves (Dolma). In the afternoon, visit the Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by Zaha Hadid, a landmark of modern Baku that won the "Design of the Year" award in 2014. Dinner will be at Shah Garden Restaurant, featuring a special main course of lamb kebab.

Day 3
Yanardag, Ateshgah and Master Cooking Class (Breakfast/Lunch)
After breakfast, we will travel to Yanardag, the "Burning Mountain"—a perpetually burning hillside on the Absheron Peninsula where natural gas seeps from the soil and ignites upon contact with oxygen, making it a sacred site for fire worship. The next stop is the Ateshgah Zoroastrian temple, where we will learn about Azerbaijan and the remnants of Zoroastrianism. Afterwards, we will participate in a cooking masterclass and lunch: learning the techniques of making Lula Kebab and attending a masterclass in making Kutabs (flatbreads filled with meat or vegetables); Lula Kebab will be the main course. The afternoon will be spent back at the hotel with free time.

Day 4
Baku — Shamakhi — Sheki (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, depart for Shamakhi. Since the 9th century, this was the capital of the ancient Shirvanshahs state and a major hub on the Great Silk Road; at an altitude of approximately 800 meters, it is one of Azerbaijan's main winemaking centers. Visit Meysari (The Shirvan Wines Company) – the country's first winery to receive EU organic certification, where you can enjoy a wine tasting of Mahmari, Sadaf, and Mardjan. Lunch will be in Shamakhi, featuring a main course of Saj with lamb, paired with a bottle of Madrasa, a semi-sweet Azerbaijani red wine. In the afternoon, check into your hotel in Sheki; dinner will be at the Sheki restaurant, featuring a main course of Piti (a type of stew cooked in a clay pot).

Day 5
Sheki — Kish — Baku (Breakfast/Lunch)
After breakfast, embark on a tour of Sheki. Visit Sheki Khans' Palace, the summer palace of Sheki Khans, and admire the magnificent murals and exquisite handcrafted stained glass windows (Shebeke). Afterwards, visit a traditional craft workshop to learn about the Shebeke making process (the stained glass and wooden strips are assembled without nails or glue); also visit a workshop and sample the famous Sheki baklava (nut cake). Next, travel to Kish village to visit the Albanian Church; said to be one of the oldest Christian churches in the Transcaucasus region, and restored in 2003 with funding from the Norwegian government and the efforts of explorer Thor Heyerdahl. After lunch in Sheki, return to Baku. Arrive at the hotel in the evening for check-in and free time.

Day 6
Yashil Bazar and airport transfer (breakfast included)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Depending on your flight departure time, you may have the opportunity to visit the charming Yashil Bazar, a green market with an oriental flair, to purchase dried fruits, traditional Azerbaijani tea, nuts, and desserts as souvenirs. Afterwards, transfer to Baku International Airport for your international flight home; concluding the trip.
