Day 1: Arrival in Baku
Meet and greet at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, followed by a private transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a welcome lunch or dinner. Baku has transformed into a modern metropolis and a fascinating destination where future technology, luxury hotels, and ancient traditions, authentic cuisine, and Oriental hospitality blend perfectly.
After resting at the hotel, we will visit Shirvanshakh Restaurant, one of the city's most opulent traditional dining venues, for your first taste of authentic Azerbaijani cuisine.
Signature Dish: Azerbaijani Pilaf with chestnuts and meat.

Day 2: Baku City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel.
At 10:00, depart for Highland Park and the Old City (Icheri Sheher). Baku's history dates back to ancient times. Thanks to its prime location on the Absheron Peninsula—blessed with a calm harbor, mild climate, fertile land, and rich resources—it became a thriving ancient settlement. Highland Park offers panoramic views of the city, Baku Bay, and the historic Seaside Boulevard.
Explore the "Icheri Sheher," home to the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, the iconic Maiden Tower, and ancient caravanserais.
Lunch: Dolma restaurant.
Signature Dish: Dolma (Stuffed grape leaves with minced lamb, rice, and spices).

Afternoon: Visit the Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by Zaha Hadid, an iconic landmark of modern Baku and a winner of the "Design of the Year" award.

Day 3: Baku Fire Temple & Culinary Masterclass

10:00 Depart for Yanardag, the "Burning Mountain," a natural wonder where natural gas escaping from the soil creates eternal flames. Next, visit the Ateshgah Fire Temple, an ancient Zoroastrian site. Baku's oil and "burning land" have been world-famous since antiquity, closely linked to the early Zoroastrianism of the Manna and Media kingdoms.
下一站參觀拜火教神廟《Ateshgah》。亞塞拜然是地球上少數至今仍能找到火崇拜元素和古代瑣羅亞斯德教 (Zoroastrianism) 遺跡的地方之一。這些石油從地面滲出、天然氣點燃成火炬的地方,歷來吸引著全球的拜火者。Baku、其石油與這片「燃燒的土地」自古以來便遠近馳名。西元前 7 世紀興起的瑪納 (Manna) 和米底亞 (Media) 王國,其官方宗教便是瑣羅亞斯德教,該宗教的傳播正與這些自燃的油氣源密切相關。
13:00 Culinary Masterclass & Lunch
Gentlemen will learn the unique art of making traditional Kebab, while ladies will join a masterclass to craft Kutabs, thin national-style pancakes stuffed with meat or vegetables.
Signature Dish: Lula Kebab (minced lamb skewers slow-grilled over red charcoal).
Lula kebab 是一種由碎羊肉拌入香料調味製成的烤肉串。首先將碎肉放進雪櫃冷藏 20-30 分鐘,然後將碎肉塑造成香腸狀並串在烤籤上。Lula kebab 是在烤爐的紅炭上慢火烤熟,期間不能有明火。烤好後會用薄餅 (lavash bread) 包裹,並佐以洋蔥和香草。

Day 4: Baku – Shamakhi – Sheki

09:00 Depart for Shamakhi
旅程的第一站是 Shamakhi 市。自 9 世紀以來,這裡曾是古代 Shirvanshahs 國家的首都,亦是絲綢之路 (Great Silk Road) 上的主要據點之一。該地區以風景如畫的大自然、山林和草甸而聞名,海拔高度為 800 米。此地溫和的氣候使其成為亞塞拜然主要的釀酒中心之一。
貴賓將參觀當地頂級的釀酒公司之一《Meysari》(The Shirvan Wines Company)。它是亞塞拜然最新興的酒莊之一,亦是國內首家獲得歐盟有機認證的公司。作為品酒體驗的一部分,貴賓將有機會品嚐當地的葡萄酒,如 Mahmari、Sadaf 和 Mardjan。
Lunch: Shamakhi
Signature Dish: Saj with lamb meat (slow-cooked in a traditional circular iron pan).

10:00 Explore Sheki, an ancient Silk Road station.
Visit the Sheki Khans’ Palace, famous for its magnificent murals and intricate Shebeke stained glass windows (assembled without nails or glue).
Experience local craftsmanship workshops and taste famous Sheki baklava.
Visit the Albanian Church in Kish Village, restored with the support of the Norwegian government and explorer Thor Heyerdahl.
14:00: Lunch in Sheki before returning to Baku.
19:00: Arrival in Baku, hotel check-in, and free time.

Day 6: Departure from Baku
Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out and enjoy a private transfer to Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
Depending on your flight time, we will visit the colorful Yashil Bazar (Green Bazaar) for local dried fruits, tea, nuts, and souvenirs.
Private transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
