Important Booking Terms

• - Once the order is confirmed, there will be no refunds or changes allowed. The order will be confirmed within 3 business days.
• Tour fees are as stated at the time of registration and are subject to change without notice.
• Those who join the tour alone will be arranged to share a room with other tour participants (if no room is available, a single room supplement will be required).
• The itinerary, hotel, and meal order are subject to change based on local arrangements, but no changes will be made to the itinerary or meals.
• - Customers must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Hong Kong and have the necessary entry visas. The company will not be responsible for any issues arising from the customer's personal documents.
• Please note that after you have passed through customs and collected your luggage, the driver will usually be waiting for you at the exit with a sign.
• Group airport pick-up service may require you to wait at the airport for other guests for a period of time.
• The driver will wait for you at the airport for a maximum of one hour, depending on your flight's arrival time.
• If you are delayed in leaving the airport for any reason (such as due to lost luggage), miss your connecting flight, or your flight is changed, please inform us promptly through the emergency contact system.
• City Entrance Tax (Compulsory), please pay the tour guide in cash
• Our tours are open-ended, and the tourists/guides/drivers in your group may change.
• If you choose the room matching service, your roommate may change during the journey.
• The type of bus used for the trip will depend on the number of passengers. If the number of passengers is very small, public transportation or a minibus driven by the tour guide may be arranged for certain stages of the journey.
• Each passenger may bring a maximum of one suitcase weighing 30 kg. If your trip includes train travel, the train company usually requires that the weight of your luggage not exceed 20 kg and the sum of its length, width, and height not exceed 250 cm. Any excess baggage fees incurred due to overweight or oversized luggage will be paid directly to the train company.
• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the times on the detailed itinerary.
• The hotels listed in the product disclosure are for reference only. Please understand that due to last-minute changes in room availability and our flexibility, we may sometimes have to change hotels a few days before arrival at your destination.
• Please note that our included basic travel insurance has limited coverage, and we recommend that all guests purchase additional insurance on their own.
• Please note that seat belts must be worn while the bus is in motion; please keep the bus as clean and tidy as possible; eating and drinking alcohol are not allowed on the bus.
• Please do not leave your valuables on the bus. Even if the bus is locked, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of items/luggage left on the bus.
• It cannot be guaranteed that all hotels will offer double rooms with a king-size bed. Some hotels and cruise lines may only offer twin rooms.
