A: The itinerary strictly adheres to local official standards and cannot be modified. If you need to add hotel extensions at the start or end of your trip, please inform our travel consultant during your inquiry.

Q: Are daily lunch and dinner included?
A: In accordance with official local private tour standards, meals are not included. Your private guide will recommend the most authentic local restaurants, giving you full dining flexibility.

Important Notes

• Customers must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return and have the necessary entry visas. The company will not be responsible for any issues arising from the customer's personal documents.

• Tour fee and taxes: The tour fee does not include various airport taxes, airline fuel surcharges, airport security fees, administrative fees, etc. The tour fee and other expenses are based on the time of registration. If the airline changes the fuel surcharge, our company will charge/return the difference to the customer. For details of charges, please refer to the itinerary or inquire with our staff.

• Our company can provide booking services upon customer request. The prices for various types of booking services will be based on quotation. Customers must confirm at least 5 working days before departure. Customers are responsible for the expenses incurred from the aforementioned booking services. If customers abandon the itinerary during the trip, relevant fees will not be refunded.

• We do not provide triple room service. For single registration or group registration with an odd number of participants (calculated based on the number of occupants in the room), a single room surcharge is required. Please note this.

• Should you require travel dates outside of those listed above, a separate quotation will be provided.

• Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by their parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) and must carry a copy of their birth certificate. If traveling without both parents, a copy of the parents' passports, a signed authorization letter (in English), and a copy of the birth certificate must be presented. Before departure, the authorization letter must be sworn and confirmed as a statutory declaration by the Home Affairs Department.

Itinerary

DAY 1: Arrival in Almaty

✈️ Land at Almaty International Airport. After completing immigration formalities and collecting your luggage, meet your dedicated Chinese-speaking guide in the arrival hall. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer to your city hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to relax and unwind.

DAY 2: Almaty City Highlights

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel (07:00–10:00). At 11:00, embark on a city tour led by your professional guide, visiting Republic Square, the Independence Monument, Astana Square, Panfilov Heroes Park, Abai Square, and the First President's Park. Lunch at 14:00. In the afternoon, visit the famous Rakhat Chocolate Factory and the vibrant Green Bazaar, where you can purchase local dried fruits, chocolates, and exquisite souvenirs at local prices. Return to the hotel afterward.

DAY 3: Alpine Wonders: Medeu & Shymbulak

Breakfast at the hotel. At 10:00, depart for the Medeu Gorge. Visit the world's highest high-altitude ice rink and the magnificent dam that protects the city from mudflows. Take the high-altitude cable car (included) directly to the top-tier Shymbulak Resort to stroll, relax, and take photos amidst the breathtaking snow-capped mountains and forests. After lunch, enjoy free time before returning to the hotel in the evening.

DAY 4: Scenic Gems: Kolsai Lake & Charyn Canyon

Early breakfast (07:00–07:30). At 08:00, depart for the picturesque alpine-level Kolsai Lake near the Kyrgyz border for a serene walk by the mirror-like waters. After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to the awe-inspiring Charyn Canyon, known as the "Valley of Castles." Hike through the spectacular red rock formations shaped by millions of years of erosion. Return to your Almaty city hotel for the night.

DAY 5: Gorky Park & Kok-Tobe Summit

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit the historic Central Park of Culture and Leisure (Gorky Park), established in 1856, to enjoy its lakes and lush greenery. Lunch at 14:00. In the afternoon, head to the city's highest point, Kok-Tobe Hill (1,100m above sea level), for a panoramic view of the southern capital's skyline and the surrounding Tian Shan mountain range.
