Important Booking Terms

• Once confirmed, bookings are strictly non-refundable and unchangeable. Confirmation will be sent within 3 working days.
• Tour fees are as of the time of registration and are subject to change without notice. Prices may be increased during holidays, exhibitions, and peak seasons.
• Those who join the tour alone will be arranged to share a room with other tour participants (if no room is available, a single room supplement will be required).
• Hotel check-in time is usually after 3:00 PM. It cannot be guaranteed that all hotels will offer double rooms; some hotels may only offer twin rooms.
• Guests must hold a valid passport and entry visa that are valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Hong Kong. Our company is not responsible for any issues related to personal documents.
• The driver will usually wait at the exit with a sign. Group pick-up services may require you to wait for other guests at the airport for a period of time (up to 2 hours).
• For arrival/departure times between 23:00 and 07:00, an additional overnight transfer fee of USD 25 per person will apply. For same-day departure, it is recommended to schedule flights after 11:00 PM.
• The type of bus used for the tour will depend on the number of passengers. If the number of passengers is very small, public transportation or a minibus driven by the tour guide may be arranged for certain stages of the journey.
• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the timings on the detailed itinerary, and no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the itinerary.
• Seat belts must be worn while the bus is in motion. Eating and drinking are not allowed on the bus. Please keep your valuables with you and do not leave them on the bus.
