Important Booking Terms

• Once confirmed, bookings are strictly non-refundable and unchangeable. Confirmation will be sent within 3 working days.
• Tour fees are as of the time of registration and are subject to change without notice. Prices may be increased during holidays, exhibitions, and peak seasons.
• SIC groups all conduct their activities in both Chinese and English (primarily in Chinese).
• Those who join the tour alone will be arranged to share a room with other tour participants (if no room is available, a single room supplement will be required).
• Hotel check-in time is usually after 3:00 PM. It cannot be guaranteed that all hotels will offer double rooms; some hotels may only offer twin rooms.
• Guests must hold a valid passport and entry visa that are valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Hong Kong. Our company is not responsible for any problems arising from guests' personal documents.
• Please note that after you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, the driver will usually be waiting at the exit with a sign indicating arrival. Group pick-up services may require you to wait at the airport for some time while waiting for other passengers.
• The driver will wait for you at the airport for a maximum of 2 hours, depending on your flight's arrival time.
• For arrival/departure times between 23:00 and 07:00, an additional USD 25 per person will be charged for overnight transfers. For same-day departures, it is recommended to schedule flights after 10:00 PM.
• The type of bus used for the tour will depend on the number of passengers. If the number of passengers is very small, public transportation or a minibus driven by the tour guide may be arranged for certain stages of the journey.
• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the timings on the detailed itinerary, and no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the itinerary.
• The hotels listed in this product description are for reference only. Please understand that due to last-minute changes in room availability, we may sometimes have to change hotels a few days before arrival at your destination.
• Please note that seat belts must be worn while the bus is in motion; please keep the bus as clean and tidy as possible, and eating and drinking are not allowed on the bus.
• Please do not leave your valuables on the bus. Even if the bus is locked, our company will not be responsible for any loss or theft of items/luggage left on the bus.
• The Lower Antelope Canyon tour is conducted by an Indigenous guide, and a tip is required.
• Basic travel insurance has limited coverage, so it is recommended that all guests purchase additional insurance on their own.
