Precautions before booking

• If you would like to adjust the itinerary, please let us know when booking
• Tour guide/transportation service hours: 8 hours per day
• All activities at your own expense to be conducted during the visit to the region (Taipei) will prioritize safety. In special circumstances, the staff reserve the right to make appropriate arrangements based on the environment
• If, due to schedule adjustments, the first night's hotel stay is in a remote location, or if transportation services are temporarily suspended, cancelled, or affected by weather, strikes, wars, work stoppages, or safety issues, and it is necessary to adjust/change or cancel part of the itinerary, customers cannot use this as a reason to withdraw or file a complaint. In addition, if the group is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, such as those mentioned above, guests who have arranged their own return air tickets must bear any additional expenses and losses on their own
• Travel itinerary: Flight schedules may be subject to change according to the airline's arrangements; hotels, meals, and itinerary sequences may be subject to changes based on actual circumstances, subject to local reception arrangements. In the event of any changes, customers will not be notified separately.
• Customers participating in existing itinerary activities or activities at your own expense must follow the instructions and arrangements of staff and assess their own physical condition and the nature of the activity to determine whether participation is appropriate. Customers assume full responsibility for all consequences and should consult a doctor or other professional if in doubt. Existing itinerary activities and optional activities may be subject to local restrictions, and customers may be unable to participate. The company will not provide any compensation if activities are cancelled due to local conditions, weather, emergency repairs, or other uncontrollable circumstances, or if customers are unable to participate due to local restrictions.
• The tour fee includes the service fees of all staff (local tour guide, tour bus driver and travel agency staff).
• This group will not arrange an outbound tour leader to accompany the group. The group will be received by a local driver who will also serve as the tour guide

• You must have a valid travel document with a validity period of six months or more (calculated from the date of departure) in order to register for a tour.
• To ensure that you are fully covered during your travel, it is necessary to purchase travel insurance. If you have any questions, please inquire for more information
• To ensure consumer rights, please refer to the details, liability issues, and instructions for delayed return to Hong Kong
• If customers register for our company's tour through an overseas travel agency, the fees they pay do not include the stamp duty for the Hong Kong Travel Industry Compensation Fund. Therefore, customers are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance to ensure comprehensive protection during their trip
• Please feel free to inquire our staff for information on how to apply for a Taiwan visa
• Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by their father (and/or) mother and must bring a copy of their birth certificate. If neither parent is traveling together, copies of both parents' passports, an English version of a power of attorney, and a copy of the birth certificate are required. <Note: According to immigration regulations, all required documents must be legal.> The power of attorney must be sworn in and verified by the Home Affairs Department before departure.
