Important Booking Terms

• Once confirmed, bookings are strictly non-refundable and unchangeable. Confirmation will be sent within 3 working days.
• Those who join the tour alone will be arranged to share a room with other tour participants (if no room is available, a single room supplement will be required).
• Passengers must hold a valid passport and entry visa with at least 6 months validity from the return date. Our company holds no liability for any issues arising from personal travel documents.
• Tour fees are as stated at the time of registration and are subject to change without notice.
• Odd-numbered travelers will be assigned rooms by gender. If a single room cannot be assigned, a single room supplement will apply. For pricing information regarding single rooms or extra beds, please contact customer service.
• If there are any changes to the itinerary, hotel, or meal order, the local reception arrangements will prevail, but no itinerary or meals will be reduced.
• Please note that after you have passed through customs and collected your luggage, the driver will usually be waiting for you at the exit with a sign in hand.
• Group airport pick-up service may require you to wait at the airport for other guests for a period of time.
• The driver will wait for you at the airport for a maximum of 1 hour, depending on your flight's arrival time.
• If you are delayed in leaving the airport for any reason (such as lost luggage), miss your connecting flight, or your flight is changed, please inform us promptly through the emergency contact method.
• The city tour tax (mandatory) should be paid in cash to the tour guide.
• Our tours are open-ended, and the tourists/guides/drivers in your group may change.
• If you choose the room matching service, your roommate may change during the journey.
• The type of bus used for the tour will depend on the number of passengers. If the number of passengers is very small, public transportation or a minibus service driven by a tour guide may be arranged at certain stages.
• Each passenger may bring a maximum of one suitcase weighing 30 kg. If the journey includes train travel, the weight of the luggage is generally limited to 20 kg and the sum of its length, width and height should not exceed 250 cm. Excess baggage fees are the responsibility of the passenger.
• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the detailed itinerary times.
• The hotels listed in this product listing are for reference only. Please understand that hotel changes may sometimes be necessary a few days before arrival due to changing room availability.
• Basic travel insurance has limited coverage; it is recommended that guests purchase additional insurance on their own.
• Seat belts must be worn while the bus is in motion; please keep the passenger compartment clean and do not eat or drink alcohol on the bus.
• Please do not leave valuables inside the bus. Our company is not responsible for any loss or theft of items left inside the bus.
• It cannot be guaranteed that all hotels offer king-size beds; some hotels or cruise ships may only offer twin rooms.
• Swiss Alpine Tour: Cable car operation is subject to weather conditions. In case of extreme weather, the tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate.
