Starting from the 28th day of the twelfth lunar month, the entire company's WhatsApp messages have been non-stop, like a symphony: some customers wanted to change their flight tickets at the last minute, and some only discovered their passports had expired when they got to the airport (we encountered all sorts of strange and difficult problems!). Our entire team of colleagues really had to work until the very last second to ensure that every customer who booked a flight or tour through us could depart safely before we dared to even think about "closing the fire."
Therefore, the annual "Travel Mama Reunion Dinner" is not just a simple meal for us; it is an important ritual for "collective rejuvenation"!

This year, we specifically chose a reputable, long-established restaurant (after all, our high standards for food are an occupational hazard 😂). From "Prosperity and Good Fortune" to "Dragon and Horse Spirit," each dish symbolizes the various problems we've solved for our "Travel Mama" fans over the past year. At the dinner table, everyone can finally put down their phones (although they still can't help but check if any customers are calling), transforming from their usual serious work mode back into a non-stop, laugh-out-loud "chatting mode."
What impresses me most is that although Travel Mama has completely transformed into... OTAWe may meet online more often now, but the warmth of sitting face-to-face, having a drink, sharing company gossip and customer anecdotes—that's something AI can't replace. What impresses me most is that in 2026, an era where even itineraries can be generated by AI, why are so many customers still WhatsApping us? There's only one reason: because we are "real people." AI can tell you which scenery is beautiful, but it won't understand why you chose this restaurant for your New Year's Eve dinner, nor will it understand your worries about taking elderly relatives out. Our New Year's Eve dinner wasn't just about delicious food; it was also about the camaraderie among colleagues. Because we have such good relationships and are well-fed, we have the energy to protect everyone's holidays in the new year.
