Has your itinerary changed? No problem. We are happy to assist you in resolving any issues and ensuring a smooth travel experience
Here are the changes you can make:
Free changes to : bed type, smoking preference, and accessibility.
Fee-based changes include : traveler name, room type, number of travelers, and travel dates.
Please refer to the cancellation terms of each product first. In addition, if participation in an event is suspended due to factors beyond the control of the organizer, a refund will not be provided. If there are uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, we will notify you in advance of any rescheduling or refund arrangements.
If the product you ordered cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient stock or other reasons, we will provide a full refund within 24 hours
