In this fast-paced city where you can barely breathe, there's a travel agency called Travel Mama. This place is not only where I work every day, but also the factory where we turn everyone's "dream vacation" into a "real itinerary".

In the early morning, before the city is fully awake, our day at Travel Mama begins with the vibration of our phones. Back in the days of sleeping on the floor, we rushed back to open the door; now that we've transitioned to an OTA (Online Travel Agency), our work environment has a more homey feel. Although we can't sit face-to-face with customers, the absence of that cold, impersonal desk makes us feel more like family when we're all sitting together.

Back at the office, our "battlefield" is those few large screens and the constantly flashing WhatsApp window. The first thing we do every day is navigate the vast sea of people in the "cloud," interacting with customers from all over the world. We know that everyone's tastes are different: for us, each customer's itinerary isn't a product, but a major test. From choosing flight times and hotel locations to whether the driver for a small group tour is suitable, we at Travel Mama have to verify everything for you. Because we know that a good itinerary isn't created by AI randomly generating it, but by the experience and intuition of us "real" consultants to filter out all the "pitfalls" for you, ensuring that when you set off, you have only one feeling: just relax and have fun!

The extraordinary in everyday life

Afternoons are often our most mentally taxing time. While everyone else thinks booking a trip is just a matter of pressing a few buttons, we might be planning a European or Malaysian vacation for a large family. Considering things like keeping the elderly off from climbing stairs, ensuring the kids have water play areas, and providing a place for parents to chill—these details can't be achieved by AI pressing a button. For Travel Mama, crafting an itinerary that satisfies the whole family is like solving a delicate puzzle. Sometimes, we're so busy that even when we look up and see the sun already setting golden outside, we're still glued to the screen, repeatedly checking pick-up and drop-off times, because we know that a single mistake can ruin a family's precious memories.

At night, when we finish our day's work and join the crowds heading home, although we are physically exhausted, we feel at peace.

Every time we receive scenic photos or a simple "Thanks Travel Mama, had a great time" from our customers, these are the best affirmations for us. From 2015 to 2026, from a physical store to cloud services, Travel Mama has changed in terms of technology, but what remains unchanged is our original intention to help everyone have the best travel experience.

Night falls, and the stars twinkle. Tomorrow, even more people will begin new journeys because of our efforts. For us, this sense of accomplishment is like encountering the best scenery at a "turning point in time."
