Yue Heen Restaurant at Six Nations Hotel has been selected as one of the "100 TOP TABLES" restaurants by the South China Morning Post for two consecutive years. 六國酒店的中菜廳粵軒在2019年完成全新裝修,環境更光亮舒適。由多次獲獎的名廚主理,出品有保證。一開始便提供開胃小食,如萵筍,又爽又脆,十分開胃。
燒味主菜方面可選招牌蜜汁叉燒或掛爐燒鵝。「黯然銷魂飯」更曾經風靡飲食界,叉燒外層焦脆,肥瘦均勻,口感嫩滑。上湯龍蝦煎米粉是一道少見的驚喜菜式,米粉煎至酥脆,吸收了龍蝦的鮮味,口感豐富。
精選海鮮與主菜
六國酒店粵軒 套餐還包括釀焗蟹蓋或清蒸游水老虎斑。釀焗蟹蓋用料實在,每口都是新鮮蟹肉,鮮甜至極。其他海鮮選擇有蟹肉桂花炒瑤柱、蜜椒鱔球及蔥花美極銀雪球等。
肉類方面則有粵軒皇帝骨、陳皮香酥骨及鮮茄蘿蔔清湯腩,而家禽選擇則包括瓦罉花雕玫瑰雞及荔蓉香酥鴨。

蔬菜與甜品
